Get back into the swing of things and challenge your strength, endurance, and power during a week of structured training in a small group semi-personal training setting:

  • Build strength and endurance

  • Improve balance and stability

  • Power drills and technique

  • Proper exercise mechanics using a variety of weights and equipment

WHO:  High School student athletes

WHAT:  5 60-minute sessions 

WHEN:    

Session 1:  7/25 – 7/29 daily; 7-8pm - COMPLETE

Session 2:  8/1 – 8/5 daily; 7-8pm - COMPLETE

Session 3:  8/8 – 8/12 daily; 7-8pm - SOLD OUT
