PROGRAM INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Put on your best fitness outfit, grab your weights, and find a good spot to get moving!

2. Watch the Welcome Video first and learn what to expect.

3. Do each of the workouts in sequential order, as the knowledge and exercises build through the program.

4. Capture your weights and progress on the workout tracker.

5. When you complete the last workout, start from #1 again, and pay attention to your progress!

 

PRO TIPS:

  • Since these are full-body workouts, try to include a recovery day between workouts

  • Hydrate before, during, and after your workout
