I'm Jennifer Baird, ex-gymnast, fitness enthusiast, mom, and ACSM Certified Personal Trainer.  My studio is based in Basking Ridge, NJ. We are set up with state-of-the-art equipment to train teen athletes seeking an athletic edge and adults seeking superior health and fitness results through science-based methodologies.

I incorporate coaching on daily habits that affect workout progress and performance (nutrition, hydration, sleep, mental wellness), and educate to get the most out of your workouts.
